As usual we have all our favorite's including BodyPump, Spinning, Legs Bums & Tums
plus Yoga, Pilates, Battle Box, Functional HIIT and our new Express 30 minute classes
Club Hours:
Monday to Friday 6.30am - 10.00pm Saturday/Sunday 9.00am - 7.00pm
Bank Holidays: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Next Bank holidays: Friday 29th March & Monday 1st April 2024
(Gym Floor Closes 15 minutes & Spa Closes 30 minutes before close of business)
